A article like this really moved me no end. How you elaborated on what your mother did for you was wonderful and heart warming. What our mothers do for us is selfless and beyond words. But yes, we have this knack of being ungrateful and taking them for granted. We forget that at the end of the day, they are humans and have their own feelings. I have promised myself to make every day worthwhile for my mother. Make the days of her life filled with laughter and joy.

Friends, please do the same. Tommorrow, if God takes her away from you, you dont want to live the rest of your life in a feeling of regret that you could not make it up to your mother.

I happen to search the net nd came across this article…very well written could almost feel the pain…reminded me of my Mom who is no longer there and had tears in my eyes….it gave one a sense of connectivity with the author…

Hi Shalini…… This is tribute to all Moms……..they r always like that. You r lucky, u could realise this when ur mother is still alive,..
My mom was not at all like yours…. I couldnt understand….in fact all my siblings…..her properly when she was alive. She was always hard on us,never showed any tender emotion towards us.
only after her death, I could feel”what a void she has left”.
I salute ur mom and mine too!!!!!!!!
