very good thoughts but truely speeking it is very difficult to apply especailly for a woman the whole day goes looking after the kids, husband, in-laws and the house that by the end of it one has no time and energyleft for oneself.if you know how to love yourself then pl let me also know.

Oh yes!!!!wonderful thoughts penned down. In the rigmarole of life we often forget to love the most important person that is …’ME’But i do not agree with the suthor that infatuation is a sign of insecurity …..come on we all expreience it…some fr the thrill of it…some fr the fun ….some because the other person is too good to be ignored……
